If you are up for a little adrenaline and want to explore Costa Rica, doing it on an ATV or Side-by-Side may be what you are looking for.
Jump on and experience the sights and smells of the jungles, mountains, and beaches. Depending on the time of the year, you may need to be prepared to get dusty, wet, muddy, or all three, but one thing is for sure is you will have a great time.
The guided tour varies depending on location and operator. Typically, they are 2 hours, 4 hours, or full-day, and there may be a combination of streets, backroads, mountain trails, and off-road trails where you can encounter mud and river crossings. Some tours include waterfalls, a BBQ, or a sunset at a beach. No matter what tour you choose, you will be treated to spectacular views of Costa Rica.
If you would rather explore on your own, ATV rentals may be available by the hour, ½ day, full day, or overnight (24 hours).

Wear comfortable clothing that can get dirty, closed-toed footwear, a helmet, reflectors, a facemask or bandana, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and bring your waterproof camera, if needed, bathing, towel, rain gear, and a change of clothing.
