“Helpful before and during the trip”

Brenda arranged for our shuttle from the Monteverde area to Samara. The drivers were on time, courteous, and the trip went off without a hitch. While in Samara, we decided to rent a car and stopped by the office to ask Brenda about car pricing, the location of fuels, roads to avoid, etc. She was extremely helpful, and this made our rental experience much more satisfying.
